I’m writing a short story. In my short story, a character named Angela was yakking with her friends and the following conversation ensured:

“I was 30 years old before I lost my virginity,” Angela said to her friends Beth and Jolene.

“We know that already,” said Beth. “You also became a whore before you were 31 years old.”

Angela landed a mild smack on Beth’s cheek. Jolene laughed loud.

“How did you manage to keep your virginity for that long?” asked Jolene as soon as she was done laughing.

“It’s not like you were too ugly for men to notice,” added Beth. “What was the trick?”

Angela blushed. Her chocolate face radiated calmness. At thirty-five, she still looked younger than twenty-five. Her hair flew down her shoulders covering her long neck. Her brown eyes were so penetrating they made her lips look extremely curled. She had a signature mild smile that was as comforting as moonlight.
